The payroll of clients’ employees may also be handled by our in-house human resource department. This puts the client’s mind at rest that the pay of the employee is being computed and updated to be in line with the current labour legislations.

Within this service, we also provide the preparation of the payslips on a regular basis, which in general is on a weekly, fortnightly or on a monthly basis.

This service also extends to the preparation and submission of the monthly FS5s and yearly FS3s and FS7s of the client. This documentation may also be prepared for clients who prepare the payroll of the employees themselves. In this case, these forms are compiled on the basis of the information which is provided by the client.

Organisations employing more than 30 employees, may benefit from the facility to submit their FSS documentation electronically through the government’s website. In such cases, we handle this service on behalf of our clients and comply to the clients’ requirements.
