Mr Jason Parker MA, FCA
Chief Executive Officer
Jason Parker is the UK Senior Partner of Parker Randall UK specialising in audit and assurance and is also president and CEO of Parker Randall International, responsible for the management of the Owner-Managed Businesses (OMB) activity within Parker Randall UK and some of the other Parker Randall firms outside the UK where Jason Parker is authorised to undertake statutory audit. Jason is based in the London office and continues to be actively involved with key clients. Jason is the founding partner of Parker Randall UK and Parker Randall International. He trained with a medium sized firm in the city. He provides commercial, strategic and accounting advice to a portfolio of small and medium sized businesses, larger private companies and enterprises with international connections. Jason has carried out audits of financial statements prepared under IFRS and UK GAAP, and also has experience of working with a number of financial institution such as bank and investment companies. Jason is also actively involved in all areas of business development. Mr Arthur Douglas Turner
Mr Arthur Douglas Turner is the Managing Partner of Parker Randall Turner, an audit firm established in Malta in the year 1997. Mr Turner has graduated from the University of Malta in 1991, obtaining a B.A.(Hons) in Accountancy and has graduated thereafter from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in 2001. After his graduation Mr Turner was employed by Grant Thorton Malta where he has spent several years as an Audit Manager and by Deloitte & Touche Malta. In 1997, Mr Turner branched on his own and has set up his own firm, at the time ‘Turner & Associates’. Over the years, Mr Turner was instrumental in the setting up of other companies within the group being Neo Consult Limited, Mercury Management Limited, Innovative Business Solutions Limited and One 2 One Consulting Limited. Through these entities, the group provides holistic solutions to end business clients. Through the group structure the services being provided include Auditing & Assurance, Taxation, Corporate, Business Advisory, Trust & Fiduciary, Marketing & Marketing Research, Shipping, Aviation and iGaming services. In 2013, Turner & Associates was approached by Parker Randall International to join the network as a member firm, after it was shortlisted amongst other Auditing & Assurance firms in Malta. In 2015, Mr Turner was appointed as Director of Parker Randall International. Mr Turner is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, a fellow member of the Malta Institute of Accountants, a fellow member of the Malta Institute of Taxation, a member of the Malta Institute of Management and an associate member of the Arbitration Board in Malta.
Mr Turner’s areas of practice are related to Auditing & Assurance, Business Advisory, Taxation, Trusts and Fiduciaries. Furthermore, he has been appointed by the Quality Assurance Board of Malta, to carry out Quality Assurance Reviews as required by the Accountancy Profession Act.
Mr Mike Marcus (FCA FCCA FRSA)
Mr Mike Marcus is the firm’s technical partner. He specialises in auditing, due diligence and corporate finance work. His extensive sphere of technical knowledge covers inter alia company restructuring (including the use of EIS), AIM Flotations (including grooming companies for IPO), and mergers and acquisitions. He also has particular experience in all aspects of companies operating in the film and television sector, FSA regulated clients and charities. Mike is a well known technical expert and lectures on accounting, auditing, money laundering and IPO matters (including lecturing for the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales). He enjoys finding pragmatic solutions to difficult technical problems.
Mr Augusto Navarro (CPA)
Navarro holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Sciences and has graduated in Accounting from Universidad de Lima, Peru. He is a Certified Public Accountant, registered under Nr. 12421 – Register of Independent Auditors of the Lima-Peru Association of Public Accountants. Mr. Navarro has a Post-Graduate Degree in Financial Audit and Post-Graduate Degree in International Tax Planning from Universidad Austral, Argentina. He has pursued Master’s Degree studies in Accounting with mention in Audit. Candidate to apply for a Doctor’s Degree. He is a professor of Accounting and Audit at Universidad de Lima and Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú – PUCP and is a guest professor at Universidad San Antonio Abad del Cusco. Mr. Navarro is a speaker and a lecturer and is a post-graduate professor of Financial Audit from Universidad de Lima and PUCP. He is also a member of the Inter-American Accounting Association. Mr. Navarro has delivered lectures in seminars of the XIII European Accounting Association (EAA) in Florence, Italy and VII Asian-Pacific Conference on International Accounting Issues in Taipei, Taiwan. He has served as Vice President for Latin America until October 2010, when he was appointed as Deputy President of Parker Randall International. He is also a member of the Management Board of Windsor Educational Association and Augusto Weberbauer School and performs social tasks of community support.
Mr. Navarro has more than 25 years of experience in Accounting, Audit, International Tax Planning, Transfer Pricing and Merger & Acquisitions. He has participated as a project leader and responsible partner in the examination of financial, industrial, commercial, mining companies and government, municipal, education, cultural and social entities. He is the principal partner of the firm Navarro & Reyes, a professional firm founded in 1960 by trade expert Abraham M. Navarro. At present, Mr. Navarro is the country manager partner of the firm Parker Randall – Perú and is a member of the board of Parker Randall International.

Mr Al Majid, is Managing partner of Parker Randall Kuwait certified with license No. “70 A” ) a member of board directory of Kuwaiti auditors & accountants society since 1987 till now. He was partner in charge of Mazar Kuwait and the ALLIED ACCOUNTANTS for more than 16 years,and he brings his in-depth knowledge and experience of the local business environment, practices, and regulations to the engagement. Mr. Al-Majid before creating his own practice spent eleven years in Internal Audit Department in Kuwait Airways & Kuwait Public Transportations Company. Mr. Al-Majid is also registered expert in Ministry of Juristic since 1994. Trustee since 1992. Arabic Chartered Accountant since November 2000. Board Member of Kuwaiti Auditor & Accountants Society. Antonio Cocurullo (CPA)

Antonio Cocurullo graduated in Accounting Sciences and has a Master’s degree in Business Administration. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is also certified in Risk Management Assurance from the IIA (The Institute of Internal Auditors). He has been a professor at several educational institutions and universities, among which Fundação Dom Cabral and Fundação Getúlio Vargas. In the beginning of his professional life, he worked as an auditor for Deloitte and Arthur Andersen. After that, he worked for PwC and EY in the area of Advisory Services focusing on the development of corporate structures for risk management, assessment of internal control environments, compliance to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and structuring of internal audit and auditing committees aiming at best practices in Corporate Governance. He is the author of a book on corporate risk management (Gestão de Riscos Corporativos). Antonio Cocurullo is the managing partner of Parker Randall Brazil.
Dev Dhalliah (FCMI)

Mr Dhaliah is one of the founding partner of Parker Randall Mauritius and partner in charge of taxation, prior to which he spent 16 years working for the Mauritius Tax Office as a Chief Inspector of Taxes and Moore Stephens Mauritius where he lead the tax department. With over 20years experience in tax, Mr Dhaliah now has a varied portfolio of clients mainly owner managed and small to medium sized companies operating in Mauritius with a mixture of international tax work and commercial tax advice. On an international front, Mr Dhaliah has been involved in restructuring groups to reduce their international tax burden, advised on tax efficient international expansion structures both in Africa, India and Mauritius, and used and international funding arrangements as a way to reduce his clients’ tax liabilities. Jan ter Reehorst is the Senior Partner of JAAP Accountants and Advisors specialising in audit and assurance. He is a vice president of Europe of Parker Randall International and the past president of International Accountant Consortium Network. Jan is based in the Nieuwegein (near Utrecht) and founding partner of JAAP Accountants and Tax advisors. He trained and qualified with one of the Big 4 firm in the Netherlands. He provides commercial, strategic and accounting and tax advice to a portfolio of small and medium sized businesses, private companies and enterprises with international connections. Jan has carried out audits of financial statements prepared under IFRS and US GAAP and Dutch GAAP. Jan is also actively involved in all areas of business development and special investigations. Junaid Suhani (FCA)

Mr Junaid Subhani is senior partner of Parker Randall Pakistan and is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and fellow member of Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants (PIPFA). He is working on many Assurance / Audits, related services & management / software consultancy project since 1993. He developed Management and Accounting Information Systems of many renowned organizations. He got Quality Control Review with satisfactory rating as engagement partner by ICAP. He has command on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Standards on Auditing (ISAs) issued by International Federation of Accountants. Managing integrity is the core concept behind performance of his professional duties. He has special recognition for his Feasibility Research work in various sectors of the economy like textile weaving, textile spinning, garments, made ups, hotels, real estates, petrol pumps, CNG stations, hospitals, energy units, poultry, flour & rice mills etc. he is also chairman of The TIPS Educational Society (Regd.) which is imparting professional education in the country. Charles Yi (CPA, MBA)

Mr. Yi is a co-founder of YSL & Associates in 2004. Mr. Yi started his career with Deloitte & Touche, CPAs as a tax professional specialized on international taxation, mainly providing tax services for fortune 500 corporations. After departing from D&T, he joined PKF and Marks Paneth & Shron, CPAs, providing tax consulting, tax research and tax planning services for large real estate, manufacturing, venture capital and professional groups (such as doctors and architectors) as well as high net worth individuals. He has over 16 years tax experiences in public accounting. Mr. Yi has also been qualified, wrote various forensic accounting reports and testified as Expert Witness at United States Courts on various accounting and tax matters including shareholder dispute, matrimonial and fraud investigation. His forensic experiences provide vaulable contributions to the firms audit in the areas such as fraud risk identification, business valuation and compliance with SEC and PCAOB rules. Mr. Yi is a licensed CPA with State of New York and New Jersey and a certified QB Pro Advisor.
His areas of expertise are international tax, forensic accounting and auditing (based on PCAOB or GAAP Standard). He assists foreign clients conducting business and investing in the United States as well as helping US firms in compliance with complicated tax laws when doing business in foreign countries. His comprehensive knowledge of U.S. tax laws and Income Tax Treaties with foreign countries ensures that foreign investors operate in the U.S. in a tax efficient manner and comply with the complex U.S. tax rules.
